Mikuláš Dzurinda
President of the Institute for Policy and Reform
He has been active in the top echelons of Slovak politics since 1991 when he became economic secretary of the newly created Slovak Ministry of Transport and Communications, which in 1994 he leads its minister. In1998, he became the Prime Minister. During his two governments, Slovakia integrated into the Euro-Atlantic structures and as a result of his political, economic and social reforms has become a modern Central European country. Slovakia is the only one of the four Visegrad countries which was able to adopt the single European currency. From 2010-2012he was Minister of Foreign Affairs. Since 03.12.2013 he has been the president of the Brussels based Center for European Studies. He is a long time active marathon runner.
Viktória Jančošeková

After graduating, she worked at the Ministry of Culture, and in 1998 began work in Mikuláš Dzurinda’s team. From 2000 – 2006 she managed the Prime Minister’s Office and later from 2010 – 2012 the Office of the Minister of Foreign Affairs. She has extensive experience in human resource management and training strategies from the time of our country’s entry into the Euro-Atlantic structures. She plays an active rolein local government. In her leisure time she devotes her time to the study of ancient civilisations and travelling.
Milan Ježovica

He has devoted himself for over two decades to foreign policy. He studied international law, has experience from working in the government offices, in consultation and non-governmental projects, as well as university teaching. At the time of Slovakia’s entry into the EU and NATO he was an advisor on foreign policy to the Slovak Prime Minister Mikuláš Dzurinda. From 2010-2012he was State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Slovak Republic. He deals with European issues, security policies, sharing experiences of Slovakia and development cooperation. For many years he has been an avid cyclist.
Lucia Klapačová

Lucia Klapáčová is an expert on European political parties and consultant for the Western Balkans. She received the title Dr. Politics at Comenius University in Bratislava (2013), where she lectures on European political parties. She studied international relations and strategyin Vienna,Brno and Bratislava. She worked at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs as Director of the Office of Secretary of State (2010-2012), and previously as the head offoreign relations department of SDKU (2005-2010). At present she works for the think tank MESA 10, which is devoted primarily to projects focusing on the Western Balkans. In her spare time she enjoys travelling, yoga and studying foreign languages.
